1. Who We Are

IRIX ("IRIX," "we," "us," "our") operates irix.bio and sells research peptides and related chemical reagents for laboratory research purposes only. IRIX ships within the European Union.

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with IRIX, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.

2. Research Use Only — Mandatory Acknowledgment

This is the most important section of these Terms. Read it carefully.

All products sold by IRIX are intended solely for laboratory research purposes. They are:

  • Not for human or animal consumption
  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • Not licensed medicines or pharmaceutical products
  • Not evaluated by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or any national medicines authority for human or veterinary use
  • Classified as chemical reagents under the EU REACH Regulation (EC No 1907/2006), not as medicinal products

By purchasing from IRIX, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are purchasing solely for legitimate research, laboratory, or scientific purposes
  2. You will not use, administer, or apply any IRIX product to a human or animal body
  3. You will not resell, redistribute, or represent IRIX products as suitable for human consumption, medical treatment, or any therapeutic purpose
  4. You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)
  5. You are responsible for ensuring your purchase, possession, and use of IRIX products complies with all laws applicable in your country and region

3. No Medical or Dosing Advice

IRIX does not provide medical advice, dosing protocols, or usage instructions for human or animal application. Any informational content on this site (including our reconstitution calculator, FAQ, and Research articles) is provided strictly for laboratory research reference and educational context. None of it constitutes medical advice, and none of it should be relied upon for any human or animal use decision.

4. Product Information & Certificates of Analysis

We provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each batch upon request, confirming third-party verified purity and identity testing. While we take care to ensure accuracy of compound information, dosage labeling, and batch documentation, IRIX makes no warranty beyond what is stated on the COA and product label.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of any applicable VAT unless noted
  • We currently accept card payments via Stripe. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for Bulgarian orders via Econt, Speedy, and Pigeon Express.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by a pricing error, with a full refund issued
  • Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

7. Returns & Cancellations

All sales of research compounds are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any research-grade materials once an order has been placed. This is standard practice for research compound suppliers and is consistent with the research-use-only nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@irix.bio within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will resolve it.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the IRIX name, logo, product names (FORGE, MEND, SURGE, IGNITE, RESET, CUT, GLOW, KLOW, PULSE, PURE, VITAL, CORE, NOVA, SYNC), stack names (WOLVERINE STACK, APOLLO STACK, SPARTAN STACK, APHRODITE STACK, CHRONOS STACK, MORPHEUS STACK), brand assets, copy, and design, is the property of IRIX or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IRIX supplies products strictly as research chemicals/reagents and disclaims all liability for any use of the products outside of legitimate laboratory research. IRIX's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable EU consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by European Union law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
